Missing Info From Orders
Hi All,
It seems I have received quite a lot of orders recently, but they have got amounts attached but no products, collections or prints are showing. They have come through as blank and therefore cannot fullfill them..
Any Ideas how I can get this info back!?

Did they pay with eCheck through PayPal? If so, that may explain it.

Is the order before the blank order from the same person with products on it?

I have no clue then. Sounds like some sort of database issue.
