Pre Register Phone Numbers

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if there was a way to export both email addresses and phone numbers in the Pre-Register pages? When I click on export people it really only lets me export the email addresses. 

There is an option to export phone. See attached.

When we did this the field was left as blank, which is why I posted on here. 

Any other settings can we look at?

Maybe you haven't collected a phone number? With the gallery set to pre-register, there is a Pre-register setup link to select what fields to collect.

Here is what we are doing at the moment. We are testing it out with our own details at the moment so we are definitely putting in our phone numbers. I've blanked out the emails and names for privacy reasons. When we export it out there are no phone numbers attached. 

Maybe we are doing something wrong - can you help?
