Setting Up Watchfolder

I'm probably missing something very simple here, just can't figure out what!

I've followed the instructions to set up a watch folder and have created a folder inside sy-uploads and ftp'd a couple images there.

I created a test gallery. When I go to upload photos, the folder inside sy-uploads isn't there. There's no Select from FTP upload section.

What have I missed? Thanks!

(I'm running Sytist Version 5.2.4)

I don't know why it wouldn't be showing up.

You can email me the following for me to look into it: 

• 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
• 2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
• 3) FTP username and password.
