Pre-order Issue: Save Items For Later?
I've run into an issue with a client who is trying to check out and can't.
- They have pre-order items in their cart for school photo day, which doesn't occur until next week.
- They want to purchase football photos, which are in a different gallery, are not pre-order, and are not in any way related to school photos.
The system won't allow them to check out with the football photos, because there are empty prepay items hanging out in their cart.
They can't fulfill those items right now, but we also don't want the option of them checking out with an empty prepay package that will then be lost.
How do they set the prepay items to "save for later"? They want to check out with the item eventually, just not right now.
There are 2 options.
1) Create her a print credit for the products they pre-ordered then view her cart in the admin and delete her pre-order from her cart.
2) Have her create another account with a different email address to place the new order.
