Print Credit Does Not Work If There Are Previous Print Credits
Hey Tim,
We have run into the print credit will not work for customers that have had previous print credits. Even if they have used those previous print credits. The only way we can get it to work is by manually deleting the previous print credits and usages in the print credit window.
I can't duplicate that issue. I was just able to use 3 print credits on 3 different orders from the same account. I will need exact steps to duplicate your issue.

I just experienced the same issue. The old/used print credit had an expiry date on it; when I removed that old expiry date the new credit appeared in the customer's cart.
