Limit Number Of Images In Each Zip Files

I know this setting is somewhere but I can't find it. Where can I change the number of images in each zip file? For example, no I have all of the images going into a zip, but due to the sizes of the files I need to break it down to 50 per zip file for example.

As it states it is now a 4GB limit, as tim puts it "It's a PHP thing" Hopefully Tim will elaborate more on this.
