50x Error After Upgrade To 5.0

I'm getting 50X error in the admin area since upgrading to 5.0. Cannot get logged in. Haven't gotten any orders in a couple days. Any thoughts?

Maybe you manually upgraded and didn't upload the files to the correct place?
Where exactly are you getting the internal server error?
