I have the passcode already in my csv file.  But when I upload it and click 'print codes', it's adding two extra characters to the end of each of my passwords.   How can I stop that from happening?

How exactly are you creating the. .CSV file?

This might be one cause of the error.

It will do that when that passcode is not unique and already in the system so it won't be in there twice and someone get the wrong photos.

So are the passcodes you are importing already in the system from a previous import?

Tim, I am dealing with this issue now.

I have a K12 school I am photographing a variety of photos for: Yearbook, Athletics, Spring, Class, Clubs, etc.

Last year we set it all up in one gallery and that was an organizational cluster on our end. This year I'd like to have galleries (or sub galleries) for all these different photo types, so that when we are uploading, helping customers, etc., the backend is more organized. What is the best way to have the images separated, but the passcode to remain the same?

There isn't a way to have images with the same passcode in different galleries or sub galleries. When the system finds the passcode, it is going to go into the most recent gallery or sub gallery with that passcode and only show the photos with that passcode in that sub gallery.

I can not think of a workaround.

I think I am just going to set up sub galleries based on grade level. That way there is some sort of organization to it on the backend but all of their photos will still show up when they enter their student ID.
