Trying To Install A Fresh Copy Of Sytist Problem

I have looked through to see if this is an issue anywhere but can't find it. 

I am trying to install sytist to a new website. I uploaded all the files to the public html and created the MySQL. when I go to the website to install mamabarecattery.com/install  The Page attempts to download the install file instead of executing the installation. I'm sure this is my fault but I'm not sure what I am missing

It is downloading as a zip file for some reason. Maybe  PHP isn't installed or not working.

Is there a install.zip file? There shouldn't be. I've never seen that.

I will check with the hosting about php. The file appears normal

I was able to work it out and install on the new website. I sent a request to have my key released so I can use this copy of sytist on my new site.
