Splash Window

Where can I find instructions on how the splash window option works and where I setup the defaults - I have looked in the online manual and there is nothing in the search results

I don't believe I have anything on it in the manual. Basically it pops up an element with the message you put in there the first time someone visits that page in the session. 

There is an option to set as default when saving the splash window to use for future use. 

Be sure you have  Close in the close text area and View again for the view text. 

You can create a test page to test it out.
