Green Screen Question

I have a question about the green screen ordering.   In all my orders it is showing two  Backgrounds.  1) under backgrounds is one background and 2: under products is is showing one.   some times it is the same BG and other times it is not.  So my question is what background did the customer want?  What background did this person choose?  See photos. In the photos you will see under Background one order is Flag BG and the other photo is Locker BG but the same time on the Image it is showing a different BG. 

Looks like you have a backgrounds option in the additional order fields section of the price list assigned to that gallery. You should remove that from the price list. That would be used for pre-orders or not using the greenscreen option.

Thank you Tim,   Yes I did have the other BG turned on for my pre orders.  I forgot to delete them
