Buy All From Favorites

OK one more question.  if I create a "Buy All" and select ONLY offer this if buying from favorite - if they DO NOT have favorites already selected - it creates a buy all for every photo in the album?  Is there a way for that to only be connected to the favorites? Or maybe I having a setting wrong?

If you check " If this product group includes Buy Alls, ONLY offer when a customer is ordering from favorites." then they can ONLY purchase the buy all from their favorites. 

so mine is not doing that.  If they click that buy all without any favorites selected - it puts all the images in the album in there.  If they have favorites selected. They have to go to their favorites and then populate the buy all??  But if they are not in favorites it’s adding all the images from their album?  Is that correct?

If that is checked, they will only have the option to purchase the Buy All while they are viewing their favorites. 

You can email me the following for me to look at your settings: 

• 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
• 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
• 3) The name of the gallery and the name of the customer.
• 4) The name of the Buy All product in question.
