Hyperlinks Not Adding In Text Editing On Site Pages

I've noticed that when I add links to the text fields or emails, they're often not working. 

I'm highlighting the text I want to be a link, clicking on the "add link" icon in the text editor, and then pasting the link I would like to add. When I paste in the link and press "insert link", nothing happens. If I close the pop up window, my text LOOKS like it is linked, but once I save the page or email, the link disappears. 

I found this issue on my site message a few days ago, but was then able to get the link to add successfully after a couple of days of trying.

I'm now having the same issue on my mailing list confirmation email, and experienced the same problem trying to add a link into the text at the top of a section.

I've never had an issue adding links in the text editor and don't recall anyone else having that issue. Maybe it is a browser problem. Can you try a different browser?
