Download All Photos - Free Downloads

I have a gallery set up purely for delivery of pre-ordered digital files for a child care centre. 

I have each child's photos in a sub gallery with a password. Then I have another sub gallery with all of the centre staff photos in it. 

I have a price list applied to the gallery which allows parents to download whatever is in their sub gallery as a free download.

I would like to ideally allow the centre to download ALL of the photos in the gallery (as a small size) as this is a service we generally offer.

Can anyone advise on either if there is a way to do this, or the best way to do this? 

I have tried adding the "centre" (me) as able to download free digitals, but since all the sub galleries have passwords, they're not accessible. So that option was short lived.

Another thing I tried was adding another sub gallery with all of the photos in it I wanted the centre to be able to access. My problem with this option is that I'm uploading the photos twice, therefore taking up a ton of time and space (I'll be effectively adding each job twice) and there is still no way I can work out to have them "download all", rather than one at a time?  If I can get a download all button for this one, then that is the system I think I'll use :-) 

NOTE: I have checked that my base products on the price list have the "Allow customer to download all in a zip file" ticked. So I'm not understanding why the option isn't there to do that?

If you only use Passcode photos then you will only need one gallery and no sub galleries, then assign the gallery to your care centers as owners. Then they will be able to download all the photos, instead of each gallery and sub gallery separately. 

The centre would need an account first. 

Then in your gallery click the Gallery Owner option. Assign that account as the gallery owner. The gallery owner will be able to access the sub galleries and won't need a password. Learn more. 

For the free downloads, click the Photos tab of the gallery , then the More tab and then Free Downloads. Assign that account for free downloads. 

Now they can access each sub gallery and download the photos.

However, they have to go into each sub gallery to download the photos from the sub galleries. Not an option to download all including the sub galleries.

Hi! Replying here because it seems relevant.

I have a gallery set up, with passcode protected photos. I have set a gallery owner, and turned on free digitals and assigned the same account to that owner. 

They're able to download the photos individually, but there is no "download all" button. I'm sure I HAD a download all button on there at some stage, and I'm not sure what I've done to mess it up :/

Any ideas?

The selected free download has to be an actual free download for the download all button to show. You may have a regular download selecteed.
