Hi, I set up email confirmation to activate the account and it works ok.
However, rarely the customer does not receive the email and I wanted to solve the problem by sending the email to the waiting customer.
I created a custom email but when it is sent the [ACTIVATE_LINK] text [/LINK] command does not work
Am I wrong somewhere?

That replace code only works where it works. It won't work where you are trying to use it.
You can find the email and resend it to them in Stats -> Email Logs.

any idea why this might happen? see Attachment
evaluate, possibly provide for an automatic resend if confirmation is not given within 2 minutes, 3 times then stop.
