I get the following message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have recently moved from a dedicated server to shared hosting and also made sytist my home page, so I suspect it's an error with regards the hosting but before I raise a ticket with a web host I need to know what I'm asking for with regards permissions and locations

Thanks in advance

403 error is usually caused by triggering mod security on the server  (or ModSec). Mod security is good but also has false positives.

You would need to contact your hosting company support and let them know you are triggering it and they can whitelist the rule you are triggering.
