Booking Option Not Auto Confirming
Hi Tim,
Not sure if this is an issue or just how Sytist works. When a customer books an appointment without and instead of using an online payment option they elect to pay by sending in a payment, it does not send out an autoconfirm email to them until I confirm it on the back end regardless that I have auto confirm checked. Is this just how sytist works when there's no actual payment made? And if so, could you for future updates, make it so I can auto confirm regardless?
