Can't Add Photos To Collections

Whenever I click a photo in a gallery, the boxes at the bottom disappear. If I click the x to go back to the gallery as a whole, the boxes reappear.

You are missing a closing div tag </div>in your footer code (Design -> Header & Footer) which was causing that. Since I previously has access I went ahead and fixed your footer code and it is working now.
