Compulsory Product Purchase

Hey! Would like to check if it is possible to make a compulsory product/package purchase before customers are allowed to cart out other products individually? For example this is a compulsory package which parents would have to purchase first before they are allowed to buy any other photographs in other product forms (eg. different size prints/soft copies).

Also, it would be great if I could allow parents to choose the photographs they would like to be printed in this "album".

Ideally the process flow would be this

Step 1: Parents log in and select this package which includes 1 group photograph and 2 individual ideally, they could choose the photographs they would like, if not it is fine too.

Step 2: Rest of the photographs would be "unlocked" allowing them to purchase anything else they like

Step 3: Payment for all will be made together

Step 4: Orders will be shipped as a batch/individually as per usual.

Will really appreciate any help i can get for this. Thank you!!

*Also, i have priced group photographs and individual photographs differently

Edit: realise i could make this into a separate product group and select "Require a selection from this group before the can select products from other groups" but can't seem to find a workaround to allow parents to choose from which group photograph as well as which individual photograph they'll like included. 

You would use Collections for them to select select multiple photos.
