Customer’s Order Is Duplicating 6 Times On The Backend

On a number of orders in our backend the customer’s order was paid for correctly but the order duplicates the items orders 6 times. It’s always 6 time but it doesn’t happen on every order.  If it helps to figure it out, our customers order from their favorites.

Do all the orders have the same products or empty?

Are the being charged more than once?

What payment option if being used?
