Missing Token Error Message
Hi Tim,
A couple customers are experiencing "missing token" error message when they use Stripe as the payment. Not sure what this is and why. The only payment method I have enabled is Stripe and the Paypal Button. Any thoughts what could be causing this?
I have no clue. What is the exact error message and are they able to succesfully make a payment after that?

Hi Tim, to date I'm still having a few customers reporting that when they click the submit button it comes back with a message saying "missing token". They later try it and seems to work fine. I can only theorize that maybe they are using a mobile phone and are in a low signal area and not receiving the necessary data from the credit card processor on the return signal. Again, just a theory. Let me know if you come up with any idea what may be causing this. It's happening whether they us the Stripe payment or Paypal and only when they use a mobile phone to pay.
