is there a way to have the buy alls in a green screen gallery not all be tied to one background?
eg: if the gallery has 5 different poses and 10 different backgrounds, can they not choose 5 different backgrounds for each pose? As or right now you have to pick one background and it is applied to all 5 poses, unless there is something im missing.

There is not a way to have a buy all and different backgrounds selected for those photos since they are all added at the same time.
You would have to use a regular collection for it.
