New Accounts After Recent Update

After the most recent update, my new account settings aren't working and it is now requiring people to enter their address even though I have those unchecked.

It also shows rn in between each entry in the email sent to me. 

You will see the complete address when someone is creating an account at checkout like it is in your screenshot. If someone is just going to the create an account page it is not asking for an account.

The rn rn rn rn rn  being shown in some emails sent to the admin is when using PHPmailer to send emails  and caused changes made to deal with godaddy email stupidness. 

Resolved for next update.
