Lightsail Migration From Godaddy

Hi Tim,
I'm currently with GoDaddy and it's super slow for uploading and have had issues since day1.
I've heard Amazon Lightsail should be better moving forward but have no idea how to migrate the site over to Lightsail (seems complicated for my skillset). Are there any instructions available or is there a service that can assist me in this? Thanks

I don't know anything about lightsail but these are the instructions on moving hosts.
