Expense category would be nice on the invoice screen, especially when you get multiple expenses, to quickly know what is what without having to go into each one.

Would be great to be able to set ONE section of a price list to require selection from another section on the price list, but not ALL sections. 

Eg (my case use). Customers need to select something from the Individual Child package section before they can select from the Sibling Add-On section. 

However, I'd like them to be able to select from the Sibling Photos Only section, without needing to select from the individual child section. 

In short, it would be preferable to ME to have that "need to select from a certain section" linked to the section which we want limited, rather than linked to the section they need to select from.

Doubt that will ever happen, european countries are very strict on that. There are a lot of european users. Some countries you are not even allowed to store their info.

In price lists, I would like to be able to set additional shipping fees for an entire product group.

I love the new format for printing orders/packing slips, with the checkboxes to hide various items.
Is it possible to add these things to the options to hide/move/change?

- Hide product descriptions.
I want these in the orders for client verification of what they purchased, but I don't need it on my personal use order sheets and it takes up a lot of page space when printing.

- Option to show QR code information only once per subject, either at the top of the page, or just under their first image.
This is information that I would love to have on my printouts when I'm going through orders, but it takes up so much page space and I don't need the same information shown on every item purchased for the same student.

- Hide billing/shipping Addresses and just show client name. Or even their name and phone number only.
Most of my print orders are being delivered to schools or sports fields, and are sorted by the student's class with the student's name on it. I like to have the adult name there for reference, but I usually have no need for the actual addresses on the order and it's taking up valuable page space. 

- If there are additional image options selected/purchased, is it possible to highlight them, similarly to how the multiple quantities are highlighted?
Without the image thumbnail, filename, etc below it, that single line item gets hidden at the bottom of the order sheet and I have missed it a couple times.

It would be amazing to have the ability to have admin Notes on a Category level.  It's a client level for us.  So the organization is category and we'd love to be able to keep notes on previous photo days within that clients category for future reference. 

Adding watermarks only to the large photo.

It would be nice to have this on sityst.

I need to use the Sytist contracts for creating corporate estimates. Then, convert the estimate to an invoice once the project has completed. Additionally, the contract area would be great to have a way we can create blank line item information and amounts for the line items that can be completed with each project estimate and those line items totaled at the bottom of the page. Also, an area to include a usage license that can be modified with each client and a terms and conditions area I can select variable of terms dependent on the project or invoice. Not having those slows my back end production times and would help streamline my business model. I have had AI to create a javascript to help with this but AI isn't all that consistent with accurately completing the task. I will be happy to share this in more detail and these files it it can help with implementing this into Sytist. ~ Mark Davis

Can you make a way to disable PayPal and Venmo options (and buttons) when using PayPal Complete? It looks like it can be done:

I want the only option to be to use a credit card. 

I am here to once again beg and grovel, asking for an additional tax checkbox on products. There are two tax levels available within Sytist, but only one checkbox within the products/services/booking calendar, so it's all or nothing. I would love to have one checkbox for the VAT/GST and a separate one for the State/Provincial Tax.

Additionally, if there was an option to set the same tax rates across the board and not attached to the purchaser's location that would be ideal.

My suggestion is for a couple variations.
1) Allow guests to only see photos they appear in, via a selfie. (very helpful for school events where privacy is a major concern!)
2) Allow guests to see all photos in a gallery, but allow them to take a selfie to create a collection or "favourite" the photos they are in.

I think Tim and others have to take into account that this would almost certainly  contravene European gdpr regulations, requiring the explicit permission of all persons involved (which children can't give). Irrelevant to US customers though, of course. 

It would be great if the admin page listing all of the client proof galleries also included the price list that is assigned to each gallery

I would like to see a way that digital files can bee tiered in pricing. For example I charge one price for the either first or sometimes first two files at one price. the additional files would be at a lesser amount. EX: $39 first file. customer chooses 5 additional files at $10 each making the total $39 + (5x$10=$50) total is $89.

I would really like the ability to set/override the minimum order amount on a per gallery basis. As it is, I have to maintain multiple, identical price lists just to have the option to apply different minimum order amounts to different galleries.
