I would like to be able to charge a single shipment on orders from different galleries
A way to make sub galleries "hidden" from clients until a photo is put into that sub gallery.
To explain my reasoning - I shoot horse shows. I enter the full class list as sub galleries, and then upload to the sub gallery as the show goes on. I'd love for clients to not see that all the classes are already added in. I know it's minimal, but it would just look prettier.
I know purchases where clients use Paypal already does this, so can we add in a way to automatically add the fees paid to Square when someone checks out using Square into the expenses area?

Be able to view the calendar by:
-Day
-3-Day
-Week
Viewing by month with multiple bookings in a single day looks squashed. ;)
Yes, I can click on a specific day to see what's booked, but I prefer a weekly view that shows all the bookings for that week. Something like a Google Calendar display, which also highlights available time slots.

Projected sales would be a nice feature. Most of my bookings are future bookings (Weddings, seniors the following year), so everything a year in advance and then use the schedule payments options. Sure I can export and see, but would be nice to have right on the Reports page "Expected Sales" based on all the bookings you currently have
when using the QR Passcode feature would be great to mark off / archived who you have photographed on systist during the photo shoot.
Just a little annoyance that comes up from time to time (literally).
When manually editing a passcode for a photo, after "Save Information" is clicked, this "Saved" notce comes up over the top of the Filename and stays there for a kind of long time. If I have to update several files, then I'm scrolling through them and having to wait for the green rectangle to go away so I can check the filename is right before updating the next one.
I'm not having to do this OFTEN, but when I do need to fix up a few passcodes that didn't work from the CSV, this is SUCH a pain! :-) Maybe it could be moved just a little lower or smaller or faster or something ;)
Would be awesome if this page also showed the number of Open Orders Not Assigned :-)

Customer phone number being included in the order notification email would be 10/10 :-)
The ability to add mulitple passwords to a photo would be great, so that it will come up for multiple different people.
(I'm doing this for my current job with sub albums, but being able to add 3 passwords for a photo with 3 people in it would be rad).

Is there a way to view all galleries - either in category or sub-category - with their early bird discount dates listed or sorted by early bird special end date?
Also, does the early bird special count as a "sale"? I tried adjusting the "sale" option in the price list settings, but since we mainly use the early bird feature as our sale, it doesn’t seem to apply.
Request for Automated Emails:
•I'd like to be able to create additional automated emails, specifically to send appointment reminders multiple times, like "Abandoned Cart" emails.
•I'd like to be able to turn off being sent copies of those auto appointment reminder emails like I can do in the "Gallery Expiration" emails, or how it is set up in the "Abandoned Cart" emails that I can select to have it send to me.
Can we have the abilitiy to find clients based on labels and be able to email them. This would help tremendously when sending out a promotional email based on certain criteria and labels help to qualify them.

In short.... It would seriously speed up my work flow if we had a QR code next to each thumbnail on the printed packing slip. This QR code would contain the filename of the photo.
I could then scan the QR code into Lightrooms search box to reveal that exact image then hit print.

I would really like to have the ability to create custom data fields for clients that I can manage and include on webpages and within email/SMS messages with a Replace Code. For example, I would use it as a "Referral" field or "Friends & Family Code" that they can share with others for a discount. But, I also need a way to include the custom fields in the "My Account" section as well as include it in email reminders, etc.
I would love to have a travel calculator added into the booking calendar.
I would like my clients to enter the post code of the shoot location and have it calculate the round trip distance and multiply that by the milage rate set.
Currently I have a drop down box asking the client to select the distance with my options being 20-30 miles, 30-40 miles etc and having a set price, but many just select zero which then becomes an awkward conversation. A calculator automatically applying the rate based on their location would avoid this.
The option to have parts of our calendar visible to clients would be amazing.
We photograph equine events and help with promotion, so I currently have a dedicated page set up when I list the events we will be at with links to enter. It’s very time consuming so I wondered if it would be possible to add them to our calendar and make it visible to clients?

Request: Photo Overlays in gallery
We sell items like trader cards and greeting cards that include a standard overlay template.
I'd like to request something similar to the green screen background feature, but let clients choose an overlay that goes on top of their photo.
Request: Adjustable width of shopping cart
On a computer monitor, there is a lot of empty space beside the photos when people are viewing the shopping cart.
I'd love to see the width of the shopping area be adjustable so it takes up more of the screen space on wide screen monitors. This could also enable different shopping cart layouts like a 2-column view for example.
I would really like the option to copy and move photos from one gallery to another.
Schedule to delete photos.
When deleting large batch of photos it hangs up the website and even occasionally throws a unresponsive error to users (which is a hosting issue), but it would be nice to just schedule a "Delete photos at 2am" when you know no one will be active.
When creating an "Other" Product Base Type, can there be a Product Option to pull products from the Product Base instead of typing them in? That would also allow for mixed media fulfillment of custom collections.

I know this has been asked before - by me and others, but it's still something I would really appreciate...
Currently I have an admin on very low site visibility. I want her to see orders, download orders, print orders, pack and deliver. She is limited to "site content" ( to see galleries ), "all photos", and, "orders".
I find being able to see numbers distracts from the job, and instead of seeing prints to be packed, they are seeing $$$$$$$$$$ - me making too much money ( not true even in the slightest ), and of course they have no idea about operating costs etc.
I would like, at the lowest level of admin, to see no $$ ( like when you choose to print a report without such information )
Currently, they see the amount each gallery makes as a whole, and the price of each order.
I am hoping this could be possible please <3

Shipping Options!
Would be nice to be able to create shipping options (eg regular post, express with tracking, pickup from school etc etc) and then add those to shipping groups, rather than having to make the same shipping options for multiple groups.
Multiple shooters / calendars , assign shooters to tasks, shoots, checklists (talk to client about contract, get contract signed, collect deposit, set up shoot, shoot, edit, deliver) (recurring tasks based on service selected (Weddings are always the same, discuss contract, collect deposit, etc), no point in putting in everything manual every time).
I would love to have the option to stay logged in for 30 days. If it already exists, it isn't working for me.
would love to be able to adjust the "PAGE EXPIRING IN 3 DAYS" notification in the admin panel to less then 3 days.
QR Passcode Kiosk Mode? (less access)
I can really see a future need for this QR Passcode feature at headshot sessions. In the past, I’ve been asked to shoot at events where I don’t know in advance who wants images, people can just walk up. I haven’t taken one of these jobs yet, partly because of timing, but mainly because of the logistics headache of sorting and contacting clients afterwards. This QR system seems like the perfect solution.
