Your statement is a bit vague, but i will say you may not be able to get it exactly the way you want it. Some things are not possible with sytist.

From another topic and recommended by Tim, "To hire someone, Heather at Love Bugs Photography Design is the only person I know. Her email is lovebugsphotography@gmail.com."

Hi Leanne,
Equestrian event photography so ideally the events are grouped by years and I can see the sales totals by event.
In the nav I want to click on say buy photos and that reveals a dropdown of the years, then clicking on a year takes you to al the events from that year

Hi Paul,
Fellow equine photographer, specifically eventing.
I believe you want something like below
Archives
->2019 (page opens with all the events)
->Event1 (whatever in here)
->Event2
->2020
->Event1
->Event2
->2021
->Event1
->Event2
Click on the Archives and the years drop. Click on the year, a page opens to all the event from that year. Click on an event, then everything under the event (competitors or divisional folders or whatnot) are opened individually in the page. Then one can click those folders or ind images.
Search for the "Menu Links" section in the Sytist manual for how to make the Archives link and then upload your content by the year under that. You will be able to put different pricing for each year then.
To see order totals by event, you would need to export your sales and then sort by event and then get the sum of the sales from each event in something like Excel or other database program.
If you need more help, let me know, we can take it off the forum.
