Is there a way to add a price list to a proofing gallery?
I had a pre order sale for sports photos. I am about to provide the proofs for those who purchased. Is there a way to add a price list to the proof gallery in case they decide to order more images/products?

If you mean a "Project Proofing" gallery where the customer approves, rejects or request revisions, no. I don't know why you would use that in this scenario.
Sounds like you just need a standard client gallery with price list. And even with pre-order they can still purchase additional photos.

Yes, but I still them them to be able to select the image of their choice. So if the gallery has 7 images, I need them to select which one they want

Is the pre-order setup where they will be coming back to select the photos for the products they ordered or not?

I do have that option selected but I'm not seeing how to do it. I'm sorry. This is my first time using the pre sale option.

If you have the option selected where they will select the photos for what they pre-ordered and they have already purchased, then you just create a regular client gallery with the photos and they will have those products already in their cart to select the photos. Then they can purchase additional products if they wish.
Don't use a "Project Proofing" section, a regular client gallery.

Tim,
I'm sorry if I am being a pest.
I have had the "customer will come back to select images" clicked. The pre order sale is over. I have created regular galleries (not proofing gallery) for the clients to approve their image they would like. I am still not seeing where it has the option to approve. The proof photos only have the buy option or the heart for favorite.

They won't be approving the images.
If you have it set so they come back to select the photos for the products they purchased then the products they purchased are already in their cart and the select the photos they want to use with those products then place the order at $0.00 unless they purchase additional products.

Tim,
No matter what I am trying there is no option for people to approve an image. I set up a test for myself so I can try to it to see if it works before I send out 200 plus emails. I ordered from the pre order link, then created a gallery for myself and put some images into it. I logged in on my phone and there is nothing in my cart and there is no option to approve an image.
Most galleries have 4 plus photos in it. They pre purchased a package/es and products. Once the proofs are done, I created a gallery for them and added their watermarked proofs for them to select the image they would like for the package they repurchased. They only get to choose 1 image in most cases.
What am I missing?

I'm not sure if you read my previous message, but They won't be approving the images.
Email me the following for me to look into it:

3) The name of the pre-order gallery where people purchased from.
