Sending Emails From The Booking Calendar

Hi! If I have an event in the booking calendar, how do I send custom emails to all of those who signed up? I tried to use the confirm email and email reminder button and change the text but the subject will still say the default text, even though I change it. Is there another way?

Click on the Bookings tab for that even, check the checkboxes and the email reminder tab.

When I click email reminder and change the default text, the body of the email will say the new text when sent. However, even though I change the subject line to something new, the receiver still gets the default subject line which is an appointment reminder.

I want to remind these people that their gallery is to expire soon and they need to get their orders in.

I just tested it again to make sure that I actually did change the subject line and I did, but it still defaulted.

I'll look into the title changing but you go to the gallery that is expiring and click the People tab to do that.

I wish that would help, but I need to contact the people who signed up in the calendar to tell them about their pictures in the gallery so they can order on time.
