School Orders: Restricting Group And Individual Photos To Only 5r Or 8rs

With schools we usually edit individual photos to 5R and group photos to 8R.

The individual 5R photos (as well as the 8R group photo with the larger individual student) are pass code protected, while the Groups are not. The individual head shots are edited to 5R size and look great either as 5R or "wallet size" which we are effectively simply halving the size but keeping the same 5:7 ratio.

The class group photos are shot and edited as 8Rs. We have text on the photos for the students names so its a great keepsake as in years to come they can remember who was who in their classes

My problem is parents are selecting class photos and choosing 5R size. When they do this the students names are illegible, and due to the difference in the 4:5 and 5:7 ratios, the school logo and layout looks really bad, and can even cut off parts of the students.

I want to restrict certain photos to only print in certain sizes. The screen shot I am attaching should illustrate the issues I am facing a bit clearer.

I have a big warning on the actual order pages when a photo is not suitable for a certain size, and have even resorted to watermarking them with text to say only order at a certain size. But some parents simply ignore the warnings and order, make payment, causing interesting problems
