Create New Page And Cannot Access Page Designer

I create a new top level page. select the page designer button and i receive this message
This page isn’t working www.xxxxxxxxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Hard to say why without looking at things.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) FTP username and password.
4) The name of the page you created.

Hi Tim,
Just updated my Sytist using the update function and I thought all was well, but having exact same issues as last time. It went super quickly and I contact godaddy to check the whitelist once again. Are you able to check if anything was corrupted again? I have a deadline and nothing is saving!!! These updates are going to be the death of me.
