Having an issue with photos not loading for some clients. Host was able to narrow it to we think an issue between http and https. When loading the site from http, it works fine. But on some browsers when it loads from https the photos will not load and galleries just get the loading circle. Any ideas how to fix this. I'm not a website expert so talk slow. ;) Not sure if maybe it also needs PHP upgrade, no idea how to or if I should have that done as well. Any help appreciated.

When over httpS images are returning a 403 server error. That is usually mod security or something similar.
Here 403 error: https://www.highlandphotosbydarcie.com/sy-photos/2021/09/26/18/th_a2e_210926CY6H0006.jpg

You will have to have your host sort it. It is not a Sytist issue and I have never seen it before.

Finally got it fixed. It was something with the ssl certificate and the code between the database. They had it reading like a wordpress site and it was getting stuck. Seems to be fixed now.

Tim. Could you check one more thing please? It looks like the site goes back to http on the galleries instead of staying on https now with the certificate. Am I missing something simple?
