Paypal Not Working From Site

Hi Tim I keep getting the msg "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. on paypal. I double checked the email address, made sure there are no spaces before and after email, and currency mode is ok it is in "cad" it is a businees acount that i just started on paypal

The currency code may need to be all caps. CAD
