Hi, I have recently been with this fantastic sytis, I am uploading some old galleries so as to go live soon. all good except one gallery in which I uploaded 47000 photos, they have been processed well, I see them inside but there is a problem with the link to the online page.
I can also delete and redo it from scratch, it is not a problem if not the waste of time given the many photos, if there was something simple to correct I can do it.
I am attaching screenshots
thanks and congratulations

Most likely there is a permission issue and the folder did not get created for the page. Try creating a new gallery with a simple name and see if it works. If so, you may just have to recreate the gallery.

If that one says not found too then you will need to set all the folder & file permissions to 777. You can email me FTP access and the link to your site if you want me to look into it.

hi tim and thank you very much
I think I understand what the problem was + or - coincides with your hypothesis.
having to upload the photo archive of the old site to the new one and keep them on the old one for a transitional period, in some moments I found myself running out of hard disk space in my hosting. I noticed this when I saw missing the preview of the photo on a subcategory and I deleted something from the old site to free up space, reloading the incomplete subcategory.

probably when I created the page that is now in error I was in full quota and did not write the page in the hosting but only in the DB that has space.

now everything works, I created other pages without problems, I still have that event to figure out whether to delete it all and reload it or if you can recreate the page with the structure and sub-categories

solutions? I delete and reload all the photos or is there a way to create this folder by bypassing the standard procedure (now that I have free space).
sorry for the trouble and thanks

You would have to:

Copy an index.php file to your computer from another gallery folder on the server.

Create a new folder on the server in the appropriate category folder named what the link should be.

View the gallery in question in the admin and look in the address bar and get the gallery ID which will be the value after date_id=

edit that index.php file you copied in notepad.

Change that gallery ID to the one of the gallery in question.

Upload that index.php file into the gallery folder you created on the server for that gallery.

thanks I did but even if I see the page now, there are some other problems left, no problem, I cancel the whole event and reload it.
the problem I have now is that the page has been deleted, the batch of deleting photos 200 at a time has started, but it has stopped and does not delete them, even the pause function works badly, while before it worked well. there is something that still bothers him about that badly born event.
Do I email you access, or do you have any idea what I can do to unblock it?
