My Client Login Page Has Changed And Will Not Allow Anybody To Log In

My page where clients could log in and view their galleries seems to have changed for no reason. It used to work great, but not any more. Please see:

All I want to do is to get rid of the menu on the top and create a client login facility where clients can enter a password to view their gallery. I've searched the manual etc but no relevant info comes up.

It wouldn't change on it's own. To show the find my photos form on the Sytist home page for customers to enter in the gallery password go to Site Content -> Manage Homepage and select the "Find My Photos Form" option that is below the text editor.
