Page Designer - Background Is Fixed When Scrolling Text Issue

Hello!
I have recently redone my website and love the feature where you can set a background image that is fixed while you scroll down the screen. My problem is when I apply text over the image and the screen is small (such as a mobile device), the text runs off the image. See image attached for example.
Is there a way to make the image justified so it always is centered in the image? Not just the text being centered, but the top/bottom margins too?

There is not a way at this time for it to justify the top and bottom margins and padding. Your options would be to make the background element taller or use less text.

Is there a way to do it in CSS?

Possibly but it would have to be element / ID specific to that element. I don't have any code to give you to do that.
