Hi,
I am looking to give all customers in an online gallery the option of free downloads for all photos. However, am having trouble doing so.
I am able to give out free downloads individually through the 'free download' section, but it can take a while to do so.
I have tried following the instructions on this web page https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/articles/how-to-offer-free-downloads/ but am still having some trouble.
If anyone could help with this that would be great.
Thank you!

All you have to do is add a free download product to the price list assigned to the gallery.
Adding a Free Download for everyone to download for free
In Photo Products -> Product Base, there is a Free Download product (this is not added to the sample price list by default).
You will need to add that free download product to a price list and assign that price list to the page / gallery you want to offer free downloads in. That price list can have other products in it or just the free download.

I have added the free download but can only download 1 image at a time? Is there a way to download all images at one time?

With your free download product in Photo Product -> Product Base, there is an option to allow them to download in zip files.
If that option is checked and you don't have a download all button above the thumbnails then maybe the ZIP functions are not enable in the PHP configuration on your hosting. You can go to Settings -> Photo Settings to see of the zip functions are enabled.

I am also having trouble with this after reading the same article.
I have created a "free downloads" buy-all so that works well, but I want to bypass the whole "setting up an account/checking out" - can that be done?
Ideally, i'd just like the person/s to log in ( using an email address ) ,download the zip files, done, no checkout, no account creation.
Is this possible?
thanks!

The download part is sorted.

They don't have to create an account and checkout when offering free downloads. If you just try it you will see. It doesn't say anywhere they have to checkout.
With free downloads they download right from the gallery.
To download in zip files make sure that option is checked with your free download product.
