Download Credit Coupon Codes - Possible Bug

Good morning,
Yesterday I had a charity event that I was taking photo's at and provided all attendees with a coupon code that after a donation to the charity they could download 3 free "social media downloads", and then purchase other photo's after that.
After about 10 groups were through, I started getting complaints that the coupons weren't working. I checked the site, and all the coupons were there and valid, but would not work when entered on any of the mobile devices i had available to try.
I couldn't resolve it on the spot, as I have a line of 30+ customers in the heat with their pets. I had to make all the social media downloads for the event free, obviously costing me dearly as now people have just downloaded all their photo's instead of the three free I donated.
The bug lies in that the codes do not work when being redeemed via a mobile device. I have tried on 3 separate device browsers (Safari, Chrome & Samsung internet) and all have the same error "Sorry, that redeem code is not found". However, entering the same code on my PC when I got home works perfectly.
This to me is a pretty major bug, as I promote my business to provide photography live to client for download, and already have another similar events booked for this month.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have tested it several times and works fine for me on mobile. Maybe they are trying to redeem a coupon and not download credits.
If you give out a redeem code, you will need to instruct your customer to log into their account (or create one if one does not already exist), go to the My Account page and select the redeem download credits option.
Perhaps they are not going to my account and clicking redeem download credits?
You can send me a redeem code and link to test it on your site.

Just wanted to thank Tim for having a look and finding that this wasn't a bug and in fact user error when I copied out the codes.
As the quantity column is right next to the code column, it didn't import into excel as separate columns, but plain text... I didn't pick up the additional character, and as such all the codes in my mailmerge were invalid.
How difficult is it to add an option to export a batch of the codes to a CSV file?
