Billing Error - Taxes Not Being Added Or Collected

Tim . . I notified you the other day I found a billing issue. The situation then was that someone booked 2 sessions . . . one (1) $20 session with a $10 option added and one (1) $10 session with a $10 option added. This charge should have resulted in a charge of $50 plus tax. But they were only charged $40 plus tax. You did respond but for some reason I cannot find that post right now. Basically you did not know the cause of this problem and told me to let you know if it happened again.

Well I have not found an instance of that happening again. However, I have found several instances of taxes not being added in or charged for. See my notes below. I will email you site access info.

Order # 10091 - Booked $50 worth of sessions . . system only collected $40 plus tax. Why did it not collect the $50 session fee and taxes?

Order 10091  you emailed me about. I do not know why the total was incorrect. 

Your tax is set for Texas at 8.2500%. So people with the address from Texas gets charged that tax. 

These orders the customers do not have an address in Texas and why they were not charged tax:

In Settings -> Tax there is an option for "Tax rate for all pickup orders" if you do need to collect tax for out of state orders.
