Seeing a broken image (thumbnail) of the photo that was purchased on order confirmation and print and when I open up an order

Did you delete it?
Was it a greenscreen photo?
Did you replace the photo on the order?
Are all of the images broken or just 1?
I have no idea why that would be.

I suspect some sort of error when it was creating the photo with the background, but I don't know what.
You have the file name and background name. If you want me to look into it you will need to email me the link to your Sytist admin and you FTP or Hosting username and password. ALSO the order number of this order.

Is there any update on this? I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Broken thumbnail occur in print list and all emails

You will need to email me the following so I can take a look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) An order number to look at.
