Order Number Error Message

Customer completed and paid for several downloads but when she clicked on the download button she got an error as shown in image
'sorry something is wrong with the order numbers'
never seen this before and several orders after this had no issue

That error will show when there is a variable that is not all letters & numbers but can also be caused if there is no file to upload.
Did you by chance upload the files and selected to discard the original file?

Hi Tim,
nothing to do with this order was any different to the numerous other orders purchasing low res files that the customer downloads themselves either before this order or after.
This is the one and only instance this has happened .
The purchase process was complete , i had received my sytist order email and paypal email then had the customer call to explain what she was seeing when clicking the download button.

How about emailing me the link to your Sytist admin and either the admin username and password, or create me an admin account (admins link in header of the admin pages) so I can take a look. Also the order # in question.
