Client Cannot Choose Califorina As Their State When Checking Out

Under "Settings>Account Requirements", I have the option for 'State' under "Placing an Order" checked for both 'ask' and 'require'. My clients cannot choose California as their state, as there is no option for it.

Go to Settings -> Shipping. Make sure USA and all the states are enabled.

Thank you for the quick reply. The only thing that wasn't checked was the box next to "United States", but it was set to 'Default'. I will let you know if it does or doesn't work!
