Coupons Bug

Hello Tim,
I did batch coupons and I sent those coupons by email to many peoples
Coupons like this "MBR-xxxxxxxx"
(I checked my emailing, and no error)
One of customer use this coupon "MBR-1276hv5p", but the script use another coupon "WCM-551wzs4", who was already used

How is it possible ?

For coupons mades, is it possible to change the selected Usage, a differente way than one by one

Once
Once Per Person

Or where can I change it in the table field

Maybe the coupon was redeemed a while back and they just now placed the order. I checks when someone redeems the coupon , so maybe someone had it in their cart before someone placed the order with it.

Database to change the usage

ms_promo_codes:

code_use field

Possible options:

unlimited
once

1/ But how can I do to change coupons used like see "coupon.jpg", to Used coupons see "Used.jpg"
Can you give me the process or the SQL request

2/ Do you have any idea about my firts post, because the customer who placed the order is not the same than the first use? Not same email, not same name...
The first coupon was edited in april and the new this month.
The fist coupon "WCM-551wzs4" was used in april and set to "once usage" only.
I dont' know how is possible.

3/ Can you implemante more function to manage coupons
- Batch change
- Possibility to sort with the columns
- Export Used coupons
- Select and put coupons in classifying "Used coupons"
- Filter columns

1) If you are wanting to make used coupons good again, change the code_use_status field in the ms_promo_codes database to: 0

2) Maybe the coupon was redeemed a while back and they just now placed the order.

3) I'll make a note of it.
