This isn't something Sytist will do. Something you, your host, or the server is doing. I had someone else with the same thing happen and they are hosting at blue host. It is replacing the Sytist index file with the wordpress one.
You can download the Sytist index file here:

Unzip that and upload it to the main folder on your website.
