Cron Job | Bluehost

I read some of the other issues people have had with Cron Job + Bluehost and I am still unable to get it to work with bluehost.

The error email I receive is this:
Could not open input file: /https://clients.katiecrawfordphoto.com/sy-cron.php

Currently I have tried the cron job multiple ways, here are two:
php -q /https://clients.katiecrawfordphoto.com/sy-cron.php
php /https://clients.katiecrawfordphoto.com/sy-cron.php

I also tried the way it is listed in the help section of Sytist and the back up ways if the original way wasn't working.

Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you, Katie

I believe I tried for someone and was never able to get it to work with blue host all though they use cPanel. You will need to contact blue host tech support.

But that link is wrong. It would be https://clients.katiecrawfordphoto.com/sy-admin/sy-cron.php

Hi Tim,
I also followed the steps in your 'Automated Emails' and I am with Bluehost too - it's also not working :(

I was never able to get a cron job to work on bluehost. But a user a while back did and sent me this info. If this doesn't work for you, you will need to contact blue host support.

1. Make sure Bluehost PHP is set to 5.6. Can do this by going to Cpanel>Programming>PHP Config

2. Use the following for cron job: php56s -q /home/username/public_html/sy-admin/sy-cron.php

this option also worked for me with the above configuration: wget -q --spider http://www.yourwebsite.com/sy-admin/sy-cron.php

Just thought I’d pass it along since I spent the better part of a day figuring it out! :)
