'additional Extras' Cost In Cart Not Being Added To Total Price

Hi Tim,
When trialling a couple of galleries on different computer or mobile devices, it seems I may have to check a certain box or their may be an error.
The 'Additional Extras' cost in the photo cart is not being added to total price.
How can I ensure that the client will pay for these extra items when they check out please?

Where exactly are you referring to as additional extras? Extra photos in collections? And if so, which collection?

Hi Tim,
The question related to a client login test/order, I would fulfil their selection process for one collection, then be offered to buy an extra print for example, they would then select that additional print, but it would not show the extra price in the checkout. It didn't seem to work for the testing for two days and then did today. Strange. Hopefully it works from now on.
An additional question, I have just emailed out the details to clients. Within ten minutes two people thanked me and three requested a new link as their password wasn't working.
Can you kindly check to see if I have done something wrong from your end? My business name is Ballarat Kindergarten and Childcare Photography.
