I often get an email asking me "Where's your price list?" when I've sent them a link to their photos.
Does anyone else get this?
How do you get round it?
Thanks
Jerry

When someone clicks to view a photo or click the shopping cart icon under a thumbnail they will see the price list of products. Unless you don't have a price list assigned to the gallery.

You know that's what happens, Tim, as do I.
But I am really concerned that my clients aren't doing that and are emailing me to ask what my prices are.... they're not clicking an image nor clicking the shopping cart icon - most do, but some don't.
That's what I was asking in my post - how are people getting around this issue because for every person who asks me, there could well be many more who just give up and go away without placing an order.
Is there a way we can make it more obvious what people have to do - I guess another line in the email advising them that their images are ready to view but I don't like making those too wordy.

Maybe you can put a message in the text section of the gallery (text & settings) saying to click the shopping cart icon to view prices and purchase photos.

When we book our clients we give them a price list of the different collections and ala carte items. We do not have it listed on our website, but they do receive one via e-mail or through our wedding magazine (for weddings). We are planning on adding a pricing guide to our website that will be a downloadable .pdf

I think Tims suggestion is best. i have added text to the galleries with instructions and have never had anyone inquire about where to find the price list.
