I'm trying to resize my dropdown menu but... I see a long grey bar but the types are way shorter than the bar

Do you mean the main menu on the front end of the website? Can you post or email me a screenshot of where you are referring to?

So I'm trying to create options for my products but I don't like the way they look, it's there anyway to resize them or a different option that I can use?.
So this is what I'm trying to do: I'm selling photos in different sizes and every size in different displays so I need that when the customer open a picture, they only see two dropdown menus, the first one is going to be the "select the size", once they select the size they want, then they select the display. Is there any chance to make that the second option depends on the choice of the first option? Display prices vary depending of the size that the customer choose

There is not a way to have them select one option then have sub-options available. When you say different displays, do you mean in different frames? How many different displays?
You could try the tab menus instead of the dropdown menus (an option when editing options) if you don't like the drop downs menus.
