Not a huge issue but I sometimes use a Splash window for a gallery .. i can get thousands of page views and just occasionally someone will contact me saying all they see when they get the splash window is a greyed out screen with the images behind it.
I don't think this is a Sytist issue, but is a browser issue - so really just asking if anyone else has had this - and how they overcame it, with the customer (I just switched it off for the day then put it back on).
Adblocker ? Firewall ?

I haven't seen that before. Thinking it may be an ad blocking depending on the contents of the splash screen. You can post or email me a link to a gallery and I can take a look to see if I see anything out of the ordinary.
