Hi,
For some reason, Sytist has decided that the URL for my site is: https://ybphotographic.com/clientarea//clientarea as per this comment in the Cron Jobs page:
Looks like this should be: https://ybphotographic.com/clientarea//clientarea. This must start with http:// or https://
I don't know why it thinks this, as the path to my site is actually, https://ybphotographic.com/clientarea
Now, I don't actually have any cron jobs set up, but I've still put the correct path in the field above the aforementioned comment to correct it. It's not making any difference, but then i guess, that's normal given I have no cron jobs yet.
But it is affecting when clients want to "share" an image from a gallery via email. Because it is adding the extra /clientarea/ code into the path to the image, which then returns a error 404, not surprisingly.
I've been through all the settings, but I can't figure out why it thinks the path is https://ybphotographic.com/clientarea//clientarea/*imagecode* The sy-config file has the correct path set up.
Could you advise, please?
Thanks, Yvonne.

In the sy-config file (click settings in the main menu then click edit config file under the left menu), what do you have for
$setup['temp_url_folder'] ?
It should be
$setup['temp_url_folder'] = "/clientarea";
You might have an extra or trailing slash.

Hi Tim,
The setup temp url code is:
$setup['temp_url_folder'] = "/clientarea";
Which looks correct.
But the permanent setup url reads this:
$setup['url'] = "https://ybphotographic.com/clientarea/";
So I think that where the duplication was is coming from.
I have removed the /clientarea/ from the setup url code, so it now just reads
$setup['url'] = "https://ybphotographic.com/";
and that does seem to have fixed the problem, and the image share is now returning the correct result. But I just want to be sure that I won't have broken anything else by doing that?
Thanks, Yvonne.

It would be best if you change $setup['url'] to:
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
